GM Fines for regression prior to S23:

Liberty:
Regression for 2 players was posted past the deadline and 1 retired player was not moved to the retired section prior to the deadline. This means a total $3m fine per GM. However, @Hallmonitor_20 has asked to be fined the full amount as his co-GM is just new to the team's management and therefore Hallmonitor accepts full responsibility for the missed deadline.
