NOLA is fined $3m for a discrepancy with their OL bots and budget sheet ($1m per bot)

YKW is fined $4m for late purchase of OL bots ($1m per bot)

PHI is fined $3.2M for failing to submit contracts by W1.

They have been informed of their fine, and will have to adjust OL bots, cut players, and/or mutually waive bonuses in order to get above the cap.
