I’m here today to talk about the Dallas Season 25 draft class and try to give you all a bit of insight on how great these people are and why you should all totally draft them in the first round. Especially the expansion teams should really look into a lot of these guys because they are all amazing in the locker room and are an upgrade to any team. (Can I get 1.5 media bonus now, please? I talked about expansion and stuff.)
All in all I can’t believe this draft class. So many great talents, especially new people that may not bring a lot of ISFL experience to the table, but make up for it with motivation, love for the league and are an instant win for every locker room, especially when you are trying to build a completely new culture as an expansion team.
This whole article may seem boring to some people because I speak highly of nearly every one on this team. At least the active ones, but all in all that should tell you a lot. There’s so little wrong with this Dallas draft class, that everyone will make an instant impact in any locker room that is lucky enough to draft them.
Raylan Crowder, DE / Asked Madden / Round 1, Pick 6
There is not a lot to say about Asked Madden other than that he deserves a high first rounder. He has been amazing in the locker room, becoming team captain in his first season and has made a great impact in the war room as well. He is a culture leader, a great person to be around and has immensely upped his game regarding how the league works. He has also started to get into simming and knows his way around the sim as well, so he’ll make an instant impact to any team lucky enough to get him in the draft.
Next to all of that he also is a great TPE earner and will have easily crushed the DSFL cap when this season is over and has maxed out his most important stats, so I don’t think i need to say anything else but: Draft this man. If you see him still available with your first draft pick: Take him. Take him now.
Guy Fields, LB / r0tzbua / Round 2, Pick 6
Hey, I just met me, and this is crazy, but I’m nice and stuff, so draft me maybe? It would feel weird to talk a lot about myself and I do not really enjoy tooting my own horn a lot (heh), but I feel like we could be friends and I earn TPE and have a cute dog.
Lionel Rumper, S / Oneski / Round 3, Pick 1
“You gotta hump with ya rump to bring that thump”. I can’t believe we got him in the third round back then. His on the field impact was immense on the Dallas Birddogs’ troublemakers defensive squad. He already grabbed 3 defensive game balls this season and has built a great player. I will repeat myself a lot here, but he’s also a great locker room guy, that is a lot of fun to have around and is a high TPE earner. Also has shown interest in the sim and is getting up there, so good to have him around your team, if you wanna expand in that area.
Sheed Theebaw, DT / nutbarspadge / Round 5, Pick 2
I totally forgot how deep this draft class was. Getting him in the fifth round was awesome as well and he has been a steady earner and a contributor. Mostly because of time zone reasons we haven’t talked that much, but I have seen him around in the locker room a lot. He has been an instant starter, earning steadily and collecting tackles and sacks on the field. Also a recipient of a Dallas Birddogs defensive gameball!
Mark Callous, WR / Mccransky / Round 5, Pick 6
The star of the Brooklyn Atlantics in the prospect bowl. He pulled that team to the win with clutch catches and those touchdowns and has been a steady contributor on the field for Dallas as a WR2. I started to call him McCranky when we were both in the prospect bowl, but not for any other reason than my not funny at all sense of humour. He is not cranky at all and great fun to be around with and gets super hyped when he contributes on or off the field. Looking for a close to the cap Wide Receiver for your team that will hype you up on game day? This is the man.
Richard Leaking, LB / Reverendoreily / Round 6, Pick 6
I actually have no idea how that happened. Rev in the sixth round. Seriously, how were we able to get him here? For me he was the steal of the draft, especially in retrospect now that this season is coming to an end. He made so much impact in the locker room, I can’t even start to explain how much joy and fun he has brought us. He is round 1 talent. His on the field stats are ridiculous, he earns TPE like a mad man, has picked up simming with great interest and made friends with half the league in the meantime. I don’t know where he finds the time, but he does. Seriously, have you looked at his on the field stats? 84 tackles, 8 sacks, 8 passes defended, he seems like a cheat code. Draft this man. I said do it!
Milk Mann, S / Bkfootball / Round 7, Pick 4
Not the loudest of locker room guys in Dallas, but a steady earner and a great person to be around generally. Always friendly and helpful with a great avatar (Who doesn’t love Jags guy, I mean he’s amazing) he lights up the locker room when he isn’t lighting up the field with safety blitzes, sacks and tackles! Very active and if you pick him, you certainly won’t regret it.
Bob Roberts, S / Zaynzk / Round 7, Pick 6
Mr. Twitter himself. He has brought joy and laughter to the Dallas Locker Room by just being our Twitter guy. Has probably made some enemies in the process, but trust me: He will elevate your game not only on Twitter (But seriously, especially on Twitter). We played him at Cornerback for a bit because we had a serious lack of humans in that area, but mostly switched him back to a Safety role after a while, where he has been doing steady work and grabbed a game ball even! 8 passes defended and an INT is nothing to laugh at, and as a human being, he sure makes every beef more fun.
Cmon Skiuuup, TE / AirCrou / Round 12, Pick 6
AirCrou fell quite a bit in the draft and hated it to see his name called up that late and it is totally understandable. A great earner, with quite some impact in the locker room, a league veteran with knowledge of the sim and everything around it. Has quite the big goals, so you know he’ll be earning and steadily making his player better. A good pick up for anyone that needs offensive help on their team.
Smitty McGhee, OL / Nowordofalie / Round 14, Pick 6
No we’re in the area where it’s becoming harder, because some of the people down here are inactive, some aren’t really active in the locker room, or some simply became IA right after the draft. Nowordofalie is one the people I’m having a hard time to judge. He is not inactive, he still visits the forums, does activity checks and updates his player. He is just not active in the locker room really, but if you can convince him to keep earning, he may be a great OL prospect at some point!
D'Brickashaw Minshew Sr., S / Kai / Round 15, Pick 6
Sadly hasn’t been on the forums since July, have not really seen him in the locker room and probably is inactive. Good name though, can not deny it.
Regius Goliathus, LB / Regius / Round 16, Pick 6
Same as D’Brickashaw. Last seen 6 days after his player and forums account was created. Not really updated or earned. Probably don’t draft unless you get a kick out of trying to reactivate inactives. I don’t kinkshame here, so if that is what you enjoy, go ahead!
Lugolor Gulogor, CB / DingusDiddler / Round 17, Pick 6
Hall of Fame name, sadly hasn’t been seen online since the day he originally created his account. Trust me, we tried to get the DingusDiddler back, but he has been missing in action. Probably has diddled one Dingus too much. Sad story here.
Uncle Rico, QB / Official DT / Round 18, Pick 5
The greatest Quarterback that ever lived was able to throw a football over them mountains. Sadly he decided to not do it in this league, doesn’t even have an update page as far as I know and is a big missed opportunity for everyone involved. I still cry myself to sleep a lot of nights knowing that we won’t be blessed by Uncle Ricos, true, raw passing performances in this league. I can’t believe he is inactive. It breaks my heart.
So that’s it for the general S25 draft class of the Dallas Birddogs. I can’t recommend a lot of them enough, because they are beautiful human beings and are so good to have around. I can’t say it enough times: Please draft them, you won’t be disappointed.
