Hello citizens!
It’s been a long time since we’ve chatted, so I’m excited to sit down with you to talk through what’s going on around the league, and within HO! Congratulations to our Ultimus and Ultimini winners, and our awards winners!
Sim Updates
Thanks to the amazing sim transfer team for the staggering amount of work they’ve put in to making sure we’re ready to switch over to DDSPF 21! Thank you to everyone in the community for your flexibility and patience as this transition occurs! As always, if you have comments, concerns or questions, please reach out to me, members of HO, or members of our transition team.
As a reminder, both regression and archetype switches for the new sim are due this Friday, January 15th.
The sim team has some changes to announce as well.
At the DSFL level, we thank AsylumParty for his seasons of service as the DSFL streamer, and welcome aboard Amidships who will be replacing him going forward. They’ll join the returning team of Jpach the DSFL simmer, Tmosura our GFX person, and 124715 our DSFL Sim Head!
For the ISFL, our crew is mostly staying the same, but in slightly different roles. We’ll have Manicmav36, r0tzbua and Tonzy serving as our amazing simmers, with Symmetrik as our streamer. R0tzbua will remain our GFX person, and I, Bex, will continue to serve as ISFL Sim Head.
Colabear and Jpach are our Youtube Heads at both levels.
If you’re interested in a position on the sim team, we’re always looking for sim assistants and back-up streamers!
HO Updates
As is custom in the offseason, I’m losing some amazing folks from Head Office. Colabear and r0tzbua will be moving on to their next chapters. Both of these amazing people have done so much for the league, both in their capacity as HO and outside it. I cannot thank them enough for their tireless effort to make this a better place.
Now, we don’t just subtract from the HO family. We’re always adding too. We’re excited to announce that we’ll be bringing both of our amazing interns, Jpach and Mooty99, on board as full members in S27. Wish them luck!

Around the League
Offseason Point Task - Our off-season wiki task is not running this offseason, so we’re happy to announce the replacement task: Offseason Trivia! We hope that those of you who liked Trivia appreciate its return in this limited way! Look for that in the PT area very soon.
A Message From the Update Team - As all of you know, this season we are switching sims and therefore your updaters are hard at work switching everyone's archetypes over as well as adding in traits, etc. The new system we use for updating is different enough that we may have some growing pains as we adjust. I ask that you stay patient with us as we get our feet under us with the new system, and to report any errors you may notice in your player to your GMs or myself to investigate and fix.
