(S23) Bob Bob - S (Updates)

Since Bob Bob didn't have an update this week, I will go ahead and make the changes to account for the offseason patch. This means:
- Weight: Reduced from 205 lbs to 195 lbs.
- Speed: MIN increased from 55 to 65. MAX increased from 95 to 100. (This means that the 20 TPE spent to increase Speed from 55 to 65 can be moved elsewhere, I will add that 20 TPE to the bank.)
- Agility: MAX decreased from 90 to 85. (Bob Bob's Agility is currently at 85, so this change will not impact the current build)
