One Last Plop

Well, it finally happened. Coach called me into his office this week and told me that I just don't have it anymore. I knew I had lost a step, but I thought I could squeak out one more year plugging up the middle. It's always a tough day when you have to face a hard truth.

That said, I'm very happy with my career. Multiple Pro Bowls, DTotY, and the best NT in the game for almost the entirety of my career. There was a little setback when we switched to the new sim, but overall, I think I left a lasting legacy.

Shout out to my fellow S21 guys who are still around: Douglas Quaid, Immanuel Blackstone, and Otis Allen. It was an honor to come up with you guys.

Legitimately the GOAT nose tackle. Hard for me to nail down ranks in stats vs. other positions, but I’m pretty sure you’re 1st all time tackles for DTs. Getting into the 600 club for tackles is wild; doing that with over 70 sacks is even more of a feat. Congrats on a historic career!
