Tight Ends

Steven Moore - maxcrazy
Update Thread TPE: 50
Player Archetype: Balanced TE
Recreate?: No
Height (ft.): 6'4''
Weight (lbs.): 255lbs
Birthplace: Islip, New York
Strength: 55
Agility: 45
Intelligence: 50
Speed: 60
Hands: 67
Pass BLK: 35
Run BLK: 35
Endurance: 65
- The product of Islip New York joins the draft class giving us our first Tight end to look at. A player who has forged his career with an idea of balance to back it all, he brings a package that lacks some high end flair of some of the other players in the class, but he brings a sense of stability at least to start his career. In need of some improvements already to start to gain some traction for being noticed (he has yet to apply any additional TPE). Time will only tell what sort of player he intends to build as his main stats are all pretty close (with a slight edge in his Hands), so it’s a bit hard to give a true unique take on this player currently.
Adrian Pitcher - AngelTwelve
Update Thread TPE: 57
Player Archetype: Possession TE
Recreate?: No
Height (ft.): 6'4"
Weight (lbs.): 260lbs
Birthplace: Fairfax, Virginia
Strength: 47
Agility: 45
Intelligence: 50
Speed: 70
Hands: 70
Pass BLK: 30
Run BLK: 30
Endurance: 65
- Pitcher is our second tight end on the board who has a little more of a defined build to start. A possession TE, he has at least started to build himself for speed and the ability to hold onto the ball. His overall stats aren’t anything to sing home about just yet, but he has the tools to be serviceable for any team needing an immediate hole to plug at that position. With the league seemingly aiming towards speed, it will be interesting to see how this player develops and what tools he aims for first while growing as a prospect over the next season towards the NSFL draft.
Defensive Ends
Kwame Abayomi Mbanefo - Rabidsponge21
Update Thread TPE: 127
Player Archetype: Power Rusher
Recreate?: Yes
Height (ft.): 6'4"
Weight (lbs.): 285lbs
Birthplace: Maputo, Mozambique
Strength: 79
Agility: 54
Intelligence: 53
Tackling: 70
Speed: 64
Endurance: 60
- The 1st Defensive End we will have a look at in the African Sensation, Kwame Abayomi Mbanefo or KAM for short. Already coining the phrase “When I hit da Field, Look out foe KAM cause he about to lay the BAM” he seems to be heading into the DSFL draft at full speed. Already at 127 TPE and blowing up the bench press at the most recent scouting combine, many teams are already starting to salivate at this defensive player. How big of a role will he play? That will remain to be seen but he has come out of the gate full steam. Already knocking on the door for the 80 range of strength, mixed with his ever improving speed and agility as a big man, he is already starting to strike some fear in prospective quarterback who tend to rely on the pocket to make their passes. The pride of the nation, and ever supported and hopeful native of Maputo, keep your eyes on this potential rising defensive star as he continues to grow leading up to the NSFL draft next season.

Update Thread TPE: 50
Player Archetype: Speed Rusher
Recreate?: No
Height (ft.): 6'2"
Weight (lbs.): 275lbs
Birthplace: Pittsburgh, PA
Strength: 61
Agility: 55
Intelligence: 40
Tackling: 58
Speed: 70
Endurance: 66
- The next DE on the board is currently still waiting his initial scouting reports. Having hit the charts he is on the radar for the league but still remains to grow his game past his initial ratings. Most likely looking like a depth pick than top tier talent, there is still time to right this ship as we head closer to the draft.
Defensive Tackles
Footballer Sackerman - cpetrella
Update Thread TPE: 57
Player Archetype: Interior Rusher
Recreate?: Yes (sort of)
Height (ft.): 6'0"
Weight (lbs.): 300 Lbs
Birthplace: Rhode Island
Strength:68
Agility: 50
Intelligence:40
Tackling:40
Speed: 70
Endurance: 60
- The first of many Defensive Tackles in this draft, Sackerman has pretty decent speed and strength to bring to the table. Looking to rush the QB and get past that offensive line it seems, he is well on his way in creating a player with that ability. Unfortunately for him and many of the other Interior rushers in this draft class so far, is with the lack of TPE being applied currently many of their build are somewhat similar with the limited starting 50 to spend. Making a point to truly separate himself from the rest of the pack will be key in the next two days whether through interviews, questionaires, or flat out reputation in other leagues he has been seen in, Sackerman has to really sell himself right now to prove he IS better than the other options on the table and show those reaching out what type of player he wants to be moving forward.
Franklin Townsend - MarneMauler99
Update Thread TPE: 57
Player Archetype: Balanced
Recreate?: No
Jersey Number: 96
Height (ft.): 6'6"
Weight (lbs.): 310 Lbs
Birthplace: Fairmont, West Virginia
Strength: 63
Agility: 50
Intelligence: 50
Tackling: 45
Speed: 70
Endurance: 60
- The product of Fairmount, WV, Townsend dives into a sea of players who all have some connections league wide already. Will he be able to truly pull himself above all the others to gain some attention to push him up the draft? Or will he be buried beneath all the other players with rep and expectations? Well that’s for Townsend to decide. Will he get out there, get his name known? Or mull around and stay quiet falling down the charts until inevitably selected? We will find out draft day, but as it stands the front remains a bit quiet currently….
Curtis Saul - Evok
Update Thread TPE: 57
Player Archetype: Interior Rusher
Recreate?: Yes
Height (ft.): 6'5"
Weight (lbs.): 310 Lbs
Birthplace: Newcastle Upon Tyne, England
Strength: 68
Agility: 50
Intelligence:40
Tackling: 40
Speed: 65
Endurance: 60
- The 2nd time around, Saul looks to pave maybe a bit deeper legacy than his previous connections. Starting with a bit of favour towards speed and strength (seeing a trend yet?) he still sits in the middle of the pack with no real eye catching or defining traits. Something tells me he has the tools to really to pull away should he see fit, but as is he sits in the mix of DT’s offering much of the same as those surrounding him. Will a team draft him based on potential? Or will he fall due to the similarities currently?
Will Foster - ztevans
Update Thread TPE: 52
Player Archetype: Run Stuffer
Recreate?: Yes (sort of)
Height (ft.): 6'3"
Weight (lbs.): 300
Birthplace: Bucksnort, Tennessee
Strength: 74
Agility: 50
Intelligence: 50
Tackling: 51
Speed: 50
Endurance: 60
- From one of the more interesting town names I have seen in a while, Foster comes from the bustling metropolis of Bucksnort, TN. Going all in for his Strength to start is interesting to say the least in comparison to the rest of the DT’s. He may have some of the lower TPE (by literally 5) but his build is at least a bit unique enough to stand out from the crowd. What type of prospect will he be? My gut says steady middle of the road. No TPE totals that will upper cut you with their sheer value, but enough he will be a staple on whatever teams Defensive line up he is added to.
