After much discussion HO has decided not to punish Kendrick for his usage of other people's assets in order to make a sig for himself. While it is seemingly the use of others items in a way that could be considered plagiarism, he never submitted the sig for money and used it as his own personal sig, and as such we have not deemed it worthy of punishment outside of a warning and informed that he should credit the original creator of the sig in future cases.

Glad to see no punishment. There didn't seem to be any attempt to gain anything from this.

Not cool on his part, but certainly nothing worth the league punishing him over. HO made the right call.

Not cool, I agree. I should've asked him. However, I have no clue who he is over here or where I got that PSD from so I couldn't begin to credit or ask for usage.

To be honest I think this was silly to get upset over. If the original artist didn't like it he should contact you. If someone noticed they should contact the original artist and let you two talk it out. If that didn't solve the issue then take it to HO. Seems like someone you just wanted to start drama.

Yeah totally silly that I don't want someone who's been making sigs for like ten irl years to straight up steal something he put effort into making. If you contributed something to a league other than a toe curling sense of self righteousness you might have some right to judge but until then just don't bother

Really? I mean if something of yours got plagiarized you wouldn't be pissed? And this wasn't by some newbie, this was by a guy who's been in sim leagues for like 5 years. This is someone who should've known better. His defense was crap as well. I would certainly be pissed, and it seems like most people agree.
