Expansion Team Scouting Sheet

I've already posted this in the rookie discord but any rookies who are not in the discord for whatever reason if you could do this sheet that'd be great. With all the stuff I have to do scouting an extremely large class like this is hard to do, so I'm using this sheet as a main source of scouting. I don't know where else to put this and I know dwyer doesn't want me flooding media with this so it's going here.
