Path to the Draft is a new series I’m thinking about starting up creating backstories for my player, and others on requests, I’m going to try and write it as a Transcript you’d see on something like NFL network. Please realize that I’m Absolute shit at writing lol
NONE OF THIS IS TRUE UNLESS STATED OR OBVIOUS

Early Life:
(Narrator) “Ennis was born in a Small Town in no mans land, aka Wyoming. Some say the place doesn’t even exist. Braydens family consist of 2 siblings, a brother and a sister. Being the Oldest Brayden has to deal with the most growing up. After moving a few times in the span of a year Brayden finally got settled down for the summer, until his Father kicked him out by forcing him to play PeeWee football with other kids in the district.”
(Ennis) “Back then I was a lot thinner so I didn’t actually play lineman at all, in fact If you can believe it I was the running back. Fastest player on the team”
(Narrator) “But like all good things, they must come to an end. And on September 21st 2019 Ennis suffered a major injury”
(Ennis) “That was a horrible day, I tore my ACL trying to run a dive play. Imagine tearing your f*cking ACL at age 11. It’s kind of hard to recover”)
(Ennis’s Dad) “I remember feeling absolutely terrible about it, I mean I was the one who made him play Football in the first place”
————————————————————————————————————————
High School Career:
(Narrator) “4 years later Brayden and his family had moved again, this time to the city of Clearfield, in the State of Utah”
(Ennis) “After tearing my ACL, I lost all love for the game that I just gained throughout the summer. I got all depressed and gained weight. Obviously having a Torn ACL can help with that but that’s for maximum a year. After that there is no excuse.”
(Ennis’s Mom) “Somehow and I mean somehow me and his father convinced him to try playing football again, after what happened we thought it was one of the worst things we did to him, just because of how he felt mentally”
(Ennis) “I still don’t know how they convinced me to start playing again, it was the hardest thing to do. I was too big for running back so there goes all the experience I had, not fit enough for Linebacker, and too slow for receiver. My only choices were Tight End or Defensive Tackle. I went for TE for that season. I never made it through training, I just felt like I couldn’t do it and it was taking a toll”
(Narrator) “And for the last time of his Non Adult life, Ennis moved again. This time to the land of tornadoes, Mustang Oklahoma”
(Ennis’s Dad) “This time we didn’t move just to move. I was given a Job opportunity that paid a lot more money then we were pulling in already”
(Ennis) “With my dads new job we could afford new things that we weren’t able to before, first thing I got was new Exercise Equipment. I’ve worked out every day until I was actually getting in shape.”
(Narrator) “This time around Brayden had more confidence then ever before, and wanted to try out for the 6A Varsity Team, but now he was going to be playing defense”
(Ennis) “I don’t know why I never played defense until then. It’s definitely the funnest thing to do. Shoving your way through and just slamming whoever has the ball is definitely one of the most satisfying feelings ever”
(Narrator) “After seaming to have a keen ability to play DT, Ennis was starting in Week 1 of his first High School game. He finished with just 5 tackles”
(Ennis) “You can’t expect every game to go great. Especially your first game, I was the youngest player on the team so starting was a miracle”
(Narrator) “Ennis and his Team preceded to make it to the State Finals only to lose 27-19. Mustang would snap back next season with the help of Ennis who broke the Season Sack Record for all of Oklahoma.”
(Ennis) “My junior year is when I actually gained some attention with colleges. I broke the sack record with 35 sacks which seems godly compared to the average starter. It probably also helped with us winning the finals the next two seasons”
————————————————————————————————————————
College Career
(Narrator) “After receiving multiple Scholarships from Power 5 Schools like LSU and Washington, one team had caught his eye. His home state team Wyoming Cowboys.”
(Ennis) “I was a 4 Star recruit back then, so the fact that a small school like Wyoming would even attempt at recruiting me was amazing. Looking back it was most likely due to me being from there as I was their first ever 4 Star recruit. It was an easy choice of where to go”
(Narrator) “And for another time in his life Ennis would be moving. This time with only himself and nothing but some clothes and some Entertainment.”)
(Ennis) “Getting a scholarship to play a sport is surreal, but to your dream college it’s an even better feeling. My first Practice there is one of the best days of my life.”
(Narrator) “At the time, Wyoming had a stacked Defensive Line so even though Brayden was a 4 Star recruit he wouldn’t be starting right away and was red-shirted his Freshman season”
(Ennis) “If anything it was just to motivate me into making myself a better player and person, to test me. Let’s just say things went their way)
(Narrator) “After another 5-7 season and another year of no Bowl Appearance Wyoming Coach Craig Bohl would have to step it up, Ennis would start his next season)
(Ennis) “Playing in Home Games was great enough. But playing in immense rivalry games Against BYU, Utah State, And Colorado State was probably the most thrilling thing”
(Narrator) “In redshirt Junior year, Ennis led the team to their first ever Top 25 rating and to a Rose Bowl appearance against Ohio State, they won in overtime due to a Fumble Returned for a touchdown by Ennis”

DSFL:
(Narrator) “After breaking multiple Career Mountain West and NCAA records, Ennis was one of the few invited to the DSFL draft.”
(Ennis) “Right after the invitation I was contacted by the new GM of the San Antonio Marshals, about a month after college season ended I was picked up on waivers for training with the team. Never played though. Once the Season ended it was a while until I was contacted by any other teams, FlyEaglesFly of Kansas City contacted me and then not that long after no other than the man himself, Tom Hanks contacted me for Tijuana. Portland was the last team to contacted me and they weren’t very interested about me it seemed so I wasn’t expecting to be drafted by them. I was completely expecting San Antonio to keep me around”
(Narrator) “At the night of the draft, Ennis was invited to the Green Room with the other 40+ prospects. Later that night he was drafted at a respectable 18th overall to the Kansas City Coyotes”
(Ennis) “Later that week I talked to the Front Office of the Marshals about what happened at the draft, I was told it was due to communication issues. If there were no issues I’d be a Marshal right now”
(Narrator) “As of right now the preseasons are starting for the NSFL and DSFL and we will get to see what the Path To The Draft will lead these new players in their careers. We here at NSFL Network hope you enjoyed the Pilot of our new series Path To The Draft
