Sean O'Leary was born in Livermore, California at Valley Memorial Hospital to mother Judy O'Leary and Jeb O'Leary. He was the middle child of 3 kids and the only boy. His mother enrolled him into the East County Youth Football league at the age of 10 where he would play for the Liberty Lions and win the Turkey Bowl in an undefeated season.
At a young age, he played many different positions at the request of his coaches. It wasn't until he reached high school where his size and speed were beyond his peers. Initially, his head coach tried him at running back, but O'Leary struggled to produce from the backfield. After one of his teammates moved to another school it left a starting wide receiver position open.
The coaching staff began to explore the possibility of O'Leary playing wide receiver. The major concern was that he had never played that position before. To their surprise, O'Leary flourished at the position. His size and speed allowed him to dominate one on one battles and caused defense schemes to double team him leaving them exposed to the Lions lethal run game. He would finish his high school playing days a state champion and still holds the most reception, yards, and touchdowns in a single season by a wide receiver.
During his college years, O'Leary would attend Stanford University in 2028 and earn the spot of their number two wide receiver in his freshmen year. He would lead all wide receivers that season in yards and touchdowns. The team would go on to be back to back PAC 12 Conference Champions, finishing with a 7 - 2 record. They would meet up against the Michigan State Spartans, where they would fall short in a losing effort in the Rose Bowl game.
O'Leary would take the defeat pretty hard and it affected his play the 2029 season. Unable to find his game, the Stanford Cardinals would finish the season just 5 - 4.
In 2030, Sean O'Leary came out with a vengeance. He once again led all wide receivers that season in all major offensive categories. Leading the Stanford Cardinals to an 8 - 1 record and winning another PAC 12 Conference Championship. After a heartbreaking loss to the Michigan State Spartans in his freshmen year, O'Leary found himself in the 2030 Rose Bowl against the Iowa Hawkeyes. He would deliver in the biggest game of his career, finishing with 14 receptions, 193 receiving yards and 3 touchdowns. He would carry the Stanford Cardinals to a 41 - 16 win over the Iowa Hawkeyes. With O'Leary being 3 years removed from his high school playing days, he has declared himself eligible for the DSFL draft.
I am looking forward to the draft and can't wait to make my team proud. Whomever decides to take a chance on me is going to get a loyal player that is willing to do whatever it takes to help his team win. All the personal accolades are cool and all, but I want to win championships. I would prefer a mature locker room that is focused on winning and has good leadership with a direction that has every player bought in.
My player is 6'3", 225 pounds and is a speedy receiver. I have completed all tasks currently available to me. Right now I am trying to work on my bank account to help pay for my players equipment and weekly training. I have even started posting on twitter. So I feel like I am trending in the right direction. So if any of you DSFL GMs are looking for a wide receiver that can keep up with your elite quarterback, I am your guy.
