Overall pretty solid work here. I do have some nit-picky things that, if improved, would have made this a 4:

NFL logo still visible on jersey
Text has jagged edges
I think leaving the football in was unnecessary, draws the eye away from the render
The mosaic layer, in my opinion, doesn't fit great with the rest of the sig
