What is the Fair Rub Club?
The Fair Rub Club is a group of members who were brought together in order to improve the experience in the NSFL for users who want to create an offensive lineman. Essentially we are a support group. Our discord features an offensive lineman starter kit which outlines how to build an offensive lineman to be as successful as possible in the NSFL, an offensive lineman highlights channel, and of course some dank offensive lineman memes.

Right now there’s a severe stigma in the NSFL regarding offensive linemen. Just yesterday I witnessed a GM of a team telling a player essentially that they shouldn’t create an offensive lineman.

You might see this and think that they’re being cordial about it. They aren’t saying anything wrong, it’s fine. WRONG. They’re planting the seeds of doubt! They’re doing inception, hoping that if the player creates an offensive lineman that eventually they’ll start to think the grass is greener at another position and switch to something else. I’m sick of this discrimination!
When the first thing a player hears is that their position isn’t fun they’re predisposed to inactivity.
The Fair Rub Club does what it can to combat this. We create conversation surrounding our position, we congratulate each other on jobs well done. (@Ben and @Beaver just won offensive lineman of the year btw so congratulations to them and a huge thank you to head office for bringing the award back. I appreciate you all for this.) However we can only do so much when players are told over and over to switch to something more “fun” or with more “stats”. Offensive linemen make a huge difference on the field, that’s enough for a lot of guys who just want to see their teams do well! Having 2 active tackles on your team increases your team’s chances of winning by 9%! Tell me that isn’t a huge difference!
What I’m trying to say here is that instead of telling guys not to create offensive linemen or discouraging them or bringing up another position, why don’t you just send them our way? We’ll encourage each other. We’re a fraternity of blocking bois. There are some great people on our side, but we need everyone.
To those who would hate on us:
Givussafare Rubbe
Edmond Beaver-Dantes
Brave Ulysses
Samuel Bakhtiari
Maximus Chungus
Eeeee Silvveremm
Ben Tu’inufuafe
We’re here to stay.
