Twitter Webhooks in the Discord server

Wanted to suggest using webhooks in the twitter channel instead of having people post their own tweets.

Some of the benefits would involve:
- Automatic posts by the bot so everything gets posted
- More visibility for those looking to gain followers/likes/retweets
- No clutter from discussion in the chat (If the channel is in read-only mode for non-administrators)

Some of the negative aspects would involve:
- There may not be as much discussion regarding tweets if people cannot talk in the channel
- Channel could get a little bit cluttered depending on the number of tweets coming in at once

If this is something we can realistically do or that someone can figure out how to do, I absolutely love this idea! It would bring life to twitter I think because every tweet talking about the NSFL will be thrown in there and we will be able to see how much chatter is going on about our league. I think it could even encourage more people to get involved in our twitterverse as they might see more tweets they want to respond to.

What we had done in another server was send out a quick survey to everyone asking them to send in their twitter accounts along with player name so that we could fill it out in one go.
