(2.5/5 - $550k) First off, I really like the frozen, icy overall style you have going on in this sig. The fact that you put the frozen texture on top with the ice in the background showed that you were committed to this style, and it really helps everything come together nicely. One thing I would definitely work on is the text. I think the choice of color for the text is great, blending nicely with the ice, but it just doesn't pop out, especially the name at the top. The bottom portion of text seems a little darker, so it stands out more. One way you could work with the text is possibly looking at some of the layer styles/effects, for example the stroke effect. Just a few tweaks could make the text look really nice. Honestly though, the main "issue" that kept this from being a 3 or higher is that there isn't render editing, jersey swap, etc.
