I've talked to @Highhaschdi and I've made the same overview he did for TEs and WRs for RBs. I asked him to basically copy his introduction and do some minor adjustments.
With the NSFL draft approaching soon, I took my time and analysed the TPE of the top RBs of the S22 draft class and tried to put some numbers into perspective. I looked at the player approval date, the total TPE, the date of the last update, the tier of equipment and the weekly TPE gain, which I divided into three sections. First the "Total Gain" in the table below is the official TPE gain with the update this week. The second one, the "Adjusted Gain" includes only the activities and tasks that could be claimed in this specific week. So, this week it contains AC 149, Weekly Training, PT2 and Predicitions for Week 6 & 7, Week 8 and Week 9. It doesn't contain things that can be done in any week like equipment upgrade or wiki. It also doesn't include things like predictions claimed for earlier weeks. This means, a total of 21 TPE could be earned by doing all tasks and having the perfect predictions. I've also added a third section "Other" which includes non weekly TPE Gains like Equipment purchase Rookie PT or Wiki, etc.
If the Adjusted Gain cell is orange that means that the player didn't do every weekly task.

We have a lot of RBs with more than 100 TPE. Everyone is pretty close together with the only big gap being between Julio Tirtawidjaja and Richard Gilbert, both playing for the Tijauna Luchadores. We also have a lot of RBs who still can purchase Equipment. Only 4 out of 11 RBs have Tier 6 Equipment, 5 still have Tier 0 Equip.
Top Draft is obviously White Goodman, no questions asked. He is a top gainer with the most TPE and The only thing he missed last week was Week 8 Predictions.
Kevin Fakon was online past the update but he missed last weeks update so he didn't gain any TPE. If that doesn't change i wouldn't consider drafting him.
Other noteworthy things imho are:
J.B Apollo and Aaron Feels only did Activity Check + Training
Julio Tirtawidjaja is also one of the Top TPE Earners but still at Tier 0 Equipment. If this guy could get some Tier 6 Equipment he would be at 167 TPE putting him right behind Richard Gilbert, who also can still get + 10 TPE from Equip.
All in all the RBs are pretty tight together, so draft wise i would consider them with the following priorities: Activity - TPE - Equipment
Players with lower Equip can still get a sweet boost in TPE and shouldn't be overlooked.
