*so I thought that all updates happened on Saturday without realizing that some were not done by Sunday am. Still some relevant info!)
Here is my breakdown of the top twenty corner backs available in this coming draft. The big board is ranked on TPE, Ratings and activity:
S22 NSFL DRAFT CB BIG BOARD:
1) Brandon Booker – Memento Mori - Myrtle Beach Buccaneers (All-Around) TPE 218 – 5'11"198 lbs from Arizona State University – Top TPE earner in the class this season. Smart player with good speed. Work ethic is there but strength and size could be a concern at the next level.
2) Eldrick Avery – RansackTheUniverse - London Royals (Zone) TPE 215 – 6’3” 205 lbs from LSU – Solid all-around ratings wise. Will need to improve speed to match up with established wide receivers in the NSFL.
3) Zamir Kehla– retrospace111 - Portland Pythons (Man to Man) TPE 213 – 5’11” 205 lbs from The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) – Fastest player in the class but among the weakest. Makes up for some of the weakness with good tackling technique.
4) Tyler Oles JR– To12143 - Portland Pythons (Zone) TPE 215 – 6’3” 195 lbs from the University of Maryland – Number one player most of the season, recent missed update has raised questions from GM’s. Likely a ploy by the player’s agent to affect draft destination. Best hands in the class with top endurance. Physical tools (speed and strength) are questionable at this time.
5) Thubba Bumper– baueranthony9 - Norfolk SeaWolves (Zone) TPE 212 – 6’3” 205 lbs from Texas A&M – Good speed and hands combo. Needs more strength to be able to play man coverage against NSFL wide receivers.
6) Andrew Witten– mithrandir - Tijuana Luchadores (Zone) TPE 205 – 5’10” 205 lbs from University of Cincinnati – Solid football IQ. Does not excel in any one area but no glaring weakness other than tackling as to be expected from the 170-pound corner.
7) Ben Stackinpaper– benstackinpaper - London Royals (Man to Man) TPE 201 – 6’2” 205 lbs from the University of Miami, FL – Second fastest player in the class (91 speed) with good size and strength. Hands need to improve to become a big play threat.
8) Colt Mendoza– iStegosauruz - Dallas Birddogs (Man to Man) TPE 200 – 6'3" from the University of Wyoming - Great speed and endurance without a true weakness. Off-field factors and GM relationships may have Mendoza rated much higher.
9) Cadillac Harris– tractorcito_grande -London Royals (All-Around) TPE 198 – 6’1” 200 lbs from USC – Some of the best intelligence and hands in the class. Good speed and strength although elite speed may be required at the next level to play immediately.
10) Jonathan Altidor– ralams123 - Myrtle Beach Buccaneers (All-Around) TPE 185 – 5’11” 190 lbs from Fairleigh-Dickinson University – Good all around corner who is not afraid to make plays in the running game with his solid tackling.
11) Chester Sweets– revolution - Kansas City Coyotes (All-Around) TPE 182 – 6’0” 205 lbs from San Diego State University – Big step down in talent after Sweets. All-around solid skills, nothing great. Every corner from Sweets and up should be off the board by the end of the fifth round.
12) Bayden Brosley– sensual-snickers-bar - Norfolk SeaWolves (Zone) TPE 142 – 6’3” 190 lbs. from Delaware University – Might make a better free safety with the great hands and intelligence. Will still need to improve speed regardless.
13) Alexander Hamilton II– Alexander Hamilton II -Portland Pythons (Man to Man) TPE 143 – 6’3” 205 lbs from Princeton – Two missed updates but recent activity suggest that a bounce back could happen after the draft. Strength needs to be improved.
14) Ozamataz Buckshank– Ozamataz - Tijuana Luchadores (Zone) TPE 116 –.6’3” 190 lbs from Stanford University – Physical tools are lacking, will need to hit the gym harder. Activity is there for possible improvement.
15) Matt Krause– Reaper11B - Minnesota Grey Ducks (All-Around) TPE 104 – 6’0” 205 lbs from USC – Decent hands and intelligence but may have to switch positions due to low speed.
16) Bo Jangles– Gazoid - Minnesota Grey Ducks (All-Around) TPE 115 – 6'1" 195 lbs from the University of Texas at Austin - Been IA for multiple weeks but still ranks decent on the TPE list. Could come back and still be a mid to late round pick.

18) Tyron Shields– TheCC (Man to Man) - Minnesota Grey Ducks TPE 71 – 6’1” 200 lbs from University of Georgia – No recent update been seen on the forums withing the past few days, could climb the board this week with some hard work.
19) Cody Martin– ThiccestBaboon - Kansas City Coyotes (Man to Man) TPE 66 – 5’11” 190 lbs from LSU – Updated on 3/28 so there is potential but may end up being a bust.
20) Rico Martinez– Embrace_Fitz_Magic_39 -Myrtle Beach Buccaneers (Man to Man) TPE 71 – 6'0" 190 lbs from University of South Carolina - Looked strong TPE wise to start the season but the pressure of the DSFL got to him and he could be out of the league soon.
