Commissioner Referendum

Hi all,

Some of you may recall that a referendum was being held regarding the league's commissioner @bex. In order for her to retain her role as Commissioner, she had to receive votes from 6/10 teams and 3/4 Head Office members to remain.

After the votes had been counted by two separate entities (one of them being myself, prior to being in Head Office), @bex was reinstated on a vote of 6/10 from the teams and 3/4 by Head Office.

I had meant to post this a long time ago, but with various events in-league and in my own personal life it was pushed to the wayside. I apologize for this and take full responsibility.

What was the determining factor of using 6/10 (3/5ths) over 7/10 (>2/3rds aka supermajority)?

It was meant to be a plain majority - so basically more than 5/10 or more than 2/4 HO.
