Hiring: Awards Committee

Hi everybody.

As many of you know, CLGRampage has been heading our Awards Committee. He needs to step aside for personal reasons and so I am stepping in to run it temporarily. That said, the long term plan for the Awards Committee is to have its leadership independent of HO and GMs so at this time any member of HO will begin accepting applications for potential future committee heads. You may apply via Discord message or PM on the site. Those chosen will intern at the position with myself and Lightnoir (the DSFL Awards Head) for at least a season cycle. The position does not pay, but is a very important one as we grow the new committee after it's first two seasons.

Expectations for the role will include organizing and leading discussions from among the nominating committee and maintaining the rules and standards of nominations. I expect you to be able to show level headed leadership, attention to detail, and a willingness to take charge when needed.

Applications should include your name on the site, player name, and at least 200 words on why you'd like to have the position. Interviews will follow.
