Ask me about anything regarding free agency, my time in the league, or just general nonsense. I will answer it if you ask it
Right now, the offseason has been really mundane to me honestly. Seems like a lot of teams saw their free agents return, with the biggest move being Action Jackson going way up north to Yellowknife. I've not really paid much attention so I don't know the full extent of moves, but it's seems like one of the more boring offseasons.
Right now my biggest plans as a free agent is to just feel out the teams and find out where they value me and where I'd fit in. One team in particular has pulled out all the stops in an effort to get me, which has been nice, but ultimately my current plan is to just wait it out, and maybe even wait till after the draft to sign. I'm in no rush to make the decision and my biggest ask is that teams show me their plan and how I'd fit in. I want to help build a juggernaut, and win plenty of titles wherever I go, but the team has to show that they want me.
Like I mentioned earlier, I'm looking for a team to show me why they want me, to show me that they have a plan and how I'd fit into that plan. I'm looking for a team with a good culture that really has a solid plan and foundation to that plan. After falling in the draft i lost some motivation, and wanted to show what teams were passing up on while making my own decision, and I got drafted to a team that has a plan, so I'm looking for a team to be able to show me why they have a better plan and a better path to success than the Outlaws do.
I don't really hold grudges or not want to play with any player, I want to play for titles and help a team have success.
I have had no talks about being on the Butchers podcast, so I am not the guest that is rumored to be on there.
My goal for the season is to help a team become a contender or make a push for the title. I want to be able to join a team that knows it is close to the ultimus, and I want to be a part of a team that shows they have what it takes in order to be successful. I want to be the best player I can be, and I want to add that talent to the team sign with.
I have not had any talks about switching positions, my current plan is to stay as a cornerback for whatever team I go to. That being said, if a team asked me depending on the position I'd consider a move.
My biggest advice would be to focus speed and hands, the jump to the NSFL can be brutal if you can't keep up with WRs, and you want to maximize your stats and what you do against opposing WRs. Do your best to shutdown the player across from you and teams will want you.
Lowest point would be where I was drafted in the NSFL draft. It was annoying that I fell to the second round when I have the potential to be a #1 pick, and have proven it time and time again. Teams got scared because they thought I would leave to Chicago, and this free agency has really proved to me just how scared GMs are. That's fine, if a team didn't want me no reason to worry about it, it's their loss to overlook one of the most proven members of the league.
Highest point I'm honestly not sure, Portland really struggled when I was in the DSFL even though we should've been better than we were, and Outlaws last season had a lot of potential but ultimately were swamped in a very strong conference. Getting my forced fumbles were probably the best part for me, since I've never really been one to force fumbles so it was definitely a surprise.
As far as signing, I'm taking it nice and slow, teams have been in contact and I can sign any point, but I personally wanna see what happens with the draft, although I may sign before the draft if a team really sells me before then. I just don't want to rush a decision and just want to see what teams truly think and why they want me, and how I fit in to their plan.
Favorite memory of the league is between a few. The first one is the memory of S2 Liberty discord. No team has really had a discord like that for me, we were ready to take the league by storm and the atmosphere and culture was nothing like I expected. The next one once again goes to Philly, specifically when I got the interception that sealed our first win in the league. That was such a good moment and it was so satisfying to see that happen. Finally, winning the Ultimus with Philly, after Garden dropped a game winning TD it was deflating and demotivating, I really wanted to blow the team up and rebuild after that, but I was convinced not to by @PDXBaller and it turned out to be the best decision, as we would get revenge on the Otters. I really can't pick between one of those 3, but if I did the Ultimus has to be the most satisfying with the circumstances and finally seeing the vision of s2 Philly play out.
I don't really have a favorite type of frog, they aren't my favorite animals and I just don't see the appeal of them.
It's easily friendship, friendship shows the culture of the team and well the culture has to be good. I don't want to go to a team that seems dysfunctional and like they have no vision, so friendship really shows where a team is heading.
I prefer an entire uneaten onion bagel. None of this half eaten crap.
Pokecord was great but all good things must come to an end, it is what it is and i'm sure it'll make a comeback someday.
I have not ruled out a return to the Outlaws. In fact I respect the team and GMs a lot, they didn't push me to try and stay when I told them I was going to opt out, they let me do what I think is best and actively encouraged me to do what is best for my player. I have a lot of respect for the Outlaws ever since they traded for Kaz when I was taking a break from the league. Outlaws have a great foundation and it's extremely hard to consider leaving the team because of how they have been.
I expect to decide by midnight friday at the absolute latest. I'm not sure where I'm going to go but it's not been easy to decide so far.

Can you not sign with a team until after the draft so they dont wipe their draft board priority of future NSFL CB's?
