The flags are a cool idea, to get your grades up on it you could try reworking the logos on them a little bit to create a more unique image. The gif elements in your sig are cool, I like how the text comes in with the rest of the gif - the cut of your render is a little blurry on the edges and may have been feathered a bit much.
