Here's a quick write-up of the Brooklyn (best Lyn) Atlantics. I was interested to see how many active players there still are so have put a last active date. Americans amongst you may be worried as to why I have up to 30 months in a year... It's because your date format sucks. DDMMYYYY - Best format.
GM
JPatch
Leader of the group. A stone cold warrior. We have been trying to get leaks out of him but alas he has stonewalled us all.
JPatch seems to be taking the same stance as the Tijuana Luchadores... If I stay silent maybe they'll disappear.
It may very well work - I'd very much like to see the inside of the Luchadores locker room, it must be bliss. No worry whatsoever in having to scrawl through the chat as it's completely empty save game day.
Last Active: Today - JPatch is always active, whether or not he's talking is another matter
QB
Matt Peterson
Our offensive commander in chief, Peterson has taken a few of the mocks to heart. Some journalists have been slamming the fact he is a scrambling QB. Well, this particular reporter has Peterson rated at the top of the QB class for a reason.
Peterson has so far been rather active in the discords although a lot of that activity is just getting pity for his poor write ups.
There may very well be a bust up at training if Darren Pama brings up Peterson's mock draft position again.

RB
Frankie Lantz
Frankie has been a complete no show to the party so far, he joined on the 21st and was last seen on the 23rd. A bit like a kid who got scalextric for Christmas - played with it for two days only never to return.
It's a shame as Lantz had potential with his 80 speed. Unfortunately it appears he got turned off by all the intricacies of the update page... Shame.

WR
Lebby Newton
Newton has unfortunately had to pack in football after being told of by his mum for fit being too violent. She didn't want him hurting his "pewfect wittle face".
Newton has now taken up the sport of soccer where he excels at getting ready and carrying on the water.
Newton has put a lot of work into his hands. The only time that skill will go to use now is during a lonely night.

*BONG*
*eerie organ music starts to play.*
As the lights come back on, callous is standing in the middle of the room fully laden in black cloak. Bag of chips in one hand, vat of guac in the other.
Callous is a large receiver with shovel hands. He is a big presence in the locker room in more than just stature. Callous is one of the most active people in the various discord chats and will join in any wrestling related chat which pops up.
Be prepared for callous to be Peterson's safety net with him following the Larry Fitzgerald style build.

WR
Alex Reed
Reed is a recreate who clearly knows how to play the game. Set up as a speed receiver on the 5th of June Reed has almost a month of TPE built up and will likely go in the first round of the draft you a receiver needy team. Ex general manager of the SeaWolves the chances are that he could ply his trade there again next season.
However this competition everyone is on a level playing field with no significant upgrades, so expect Reed to be Peterson's big play receiver getting the long bombs.

TE
Darren Pama
Pama is an active man. With more posts in the forum than some of our team have TPE it's fair to say Pama is loaded and really does not need the money he'll receive as a rookie.
Pama has definitely fixed his rookie ratings. After originally omitting any of the 4 Horsemen from top 5 of their positions Pama has come to his senses with all of them rising to top 3 in his most recent draft.
Pama will bring much needed analytics to the Atlantics locker room.

Marlon Alexander
This guy just will not shut up. If he doesn't become a Royal I feel he may hold out for the season as boy has he put a lot of work into that locker room. I'm fairly positive he is high up on their list of prospects though so we shouldn't have to see another Eli Manning situation.
Alexander should be frying up some pancakes during this prospect bowl. (Side note: can you get away with having pancakes in a fry up? Technically they are fried & maple bacon pancakes are pretty tidy). Cue LancedJack making comment on my weight.
Also has a crude mspaint signature which I love.
Last Active: Today. Seriously, Platanocat doesn't sleep. He is active now, no matter when you read this.
OL
Adam Mellott
Paired with Alexander is another big chunky active O-lineman in Mellott.
Whilst no where near as big a presence in discord as plat, no one is so we won't hold that against him.
Mellott brings a nice mellow friendly vibe to the locker room and isn't nearly as outspoken as a few others.

Macho Weber
If our other 2 linemen are Aberdeen Angus steak, Weber is Walmart home brand beef in gravy cat food.
His 50TPE player looks good however that's about it. He's gone walkabouts. Checked in the day after he created then thought... "How does update page work?" And gave up.
I wonder if mweber022 still thinks of Macho, or if he was a one night fling. Fun to get in bed but not a keeper.

Onto the defence now. With some very big names across the board it will be difficult for the opposition prospects to break down the Atlantics.
DE
Jake Sackson
Sackson (run by goodvsevil1275) is a recreate for a man who's been in the league almost a year now. Hopefully this means Sackson will bring the thunder on this DLine. Rocking some tier 6 equipment means Sackson should be head and shoulders above the rest of this locker rooms DE's
As far as I'm aware I haven't mingled with Sackson so far but it's nice to see a big unit at DE.

DE
Jeffery Jefferson
A shame this one. Jefferson started strongly. Jefferson had started to flesh out a backstory in the forum's - mother's name was Jeffiner and father's name was Jeffy... Alas Jefferson was another to fall at that foot high hurdle of the update page.
No doubt Jeffrey is living a peaceful life somewhere with his kids Jeffrey Junior, Geoff and Lewis (he hates Lewis).

DE
Raylan Crowder
Crowder is up there with last year's waiver pick ups in terms of TPE. This is largely thanks to this writers fever induced ramblings on various occasions earning enough money to pick up the big equipment package.
Crowder isn't the most active in the Discord groups, mostly just following Guy Fields around asking for more dog pictures. (But seriously that dog is cute as fuck).
Most importantly Crowder is one part of the Four Horseman defensive quartet. This cabal of superstars stack up all over the pitch and are looking to make a huge impact on the DSFL. If a team can manage to snatch each of these players across the first four rounds they will be leaps and bounds ahead of other teams for the year.

Bonifacius van den Huevel
Van den Heuvel brings a bit of European VA-VA Voom to the Atlantics Defensive line. He appears to have gone fairly quiet on the update front, possibly locked in Amsterdam due to the Covid breakout.
Van den Heuvel alongside Jefferson are definitely the weak links in this defensive line look for them to be left whilst the other bigger names are double teamed.
Van den Heuvel looks like he's destined to go back end of the draft and ride the pine before his rookie contract comes to an end.

Goat Tank
Widely seen as being the front runner for the Pythons first overall, Goat Tank is usually a man of few words and those few words are limited to just his name. I'll be frank, this schtick annoyed me a little but then I read Goat Tanks wrote up on the Scrambling QB dilemma and it became clear Goat Tank is a clever person with little to say.
Goat Tank, Crowder and Sackson is likely to be the most formidable D-Line of any of these prospect bowl teams and Tank has solidified himself as a firm crowd favourite.
Goat tank appeared to be missed from the announcement video. Either that or I've seen his name enough at this point that it fades into the background.

LB
Guy Fields
My personal favourite person in the draft and 1 of 3 linebackers I've picked to do well this season. Has a lot of super cute pictures of his super cute dog and is happy to throw them out willy nilly.
Fields should see a lot of playing time beside Leaking.
Fields is a wildcard on where he'll be drafted but if I was to put money on it I would say the SeaWolves.

With Haraldson still out on a spirit quest to find the land of his ancestors it's very likely we'll never actually see him take the field this prospect bowl. LB
Richard Leaking
Leaking is another top prospect in this rather deep linebacker class. Other than having a name made for jokes, leaking has all the peed and strength you need at the position and should ensure his area is covered.
Whilst leaking has shown all the abilities of a top prospect he has been shown to occasionally finish plays early, sometimes needing to take a quarter off to rest.
Off the field leaking shows a lot of spunk - always the joker in the locker room.

Charlie Woody
Another solid dick reference but this time at CB. Woody made some good choices when he set his starting stats, however that's about all you can say for that. He should be very good for the prospect bowl with everyone being on an even keel, unfortunately for the draft itself he will likely be drafted in the last few rounds.
This Woody is more of a semi at the moment let's see if he can help the Atlantics finish hard in a wave of euphoria.
Last active:21/07
CB
Rich Triplet
Triplet is a much better prospect for the draft than Woody however as previously mentioned this prospect bowl is more about how you started than how you've carried on.
With all of his TPE going into speed and agility, Triplet should have no trouble keeping up with the quickest receivers in the draft. His strength and hands unfortunately mean that he should get bullied off the ball, interceptions are very unlikely for Triplet.
None of this is to say triplet is a poor pick, he's actually one of the top prospects in this year's DSFL CB class.

Gugolor again should be handy for the prospect bowl but that's probably going to be this players career highlight, like a jock peaking at high school - Gugolor will be selling cars in his hometown dealership for years to come.

Yeboah should shine during this prospect bowl, playing the run support role, these RBs won't know what hit them until they see a replay. Yeboah is lightning quick with strength for days.
As a relative newcomer, I believe Yeboah may be the person who comes out of the prospect bowl with the biggest change to his ADP. Don't sleep on this man, or you will regret it.

Who cares though as Dickerson is just here to make up the numbers and won't be looking to get drafted to any team.
