To keep consistent with that, I have taken 2 away from your Intelligence for now (80 --> 78) to balance that 10 TPE. Please go through the proper channels for TPE redistribution if you want to move it away from Arm Strength and into Intelligence for the future.

I have also changed your weight as you requested.
