Stocks owned by individual will be listed under Personal Stock and stocks owned by the Casino will be listed under Open Stocks. Thread title should read either Person Sale/Open Sale: Team Name Number of shares (ie Personal Sale: West Vegas Blackout 69 Shares)
The thread will begin with the opening price, set by the owner of the stock.
The first bidder can agree to that opening bid or raise it by up to 10%.
Each subsequent bidder may raise the current bid by up to 10%.
You have 2 hours to retract a bid.
When no bids have been made for 24 hours, the highest bidder is declared the winner and the review committee will then convene to double check the validity of the purchase.
The bank is notified when the committee is satisfied. 5% of all personal stock sale will be taken from the seller by the Casino as the fee.
