In this series I will pick a position group each week and Rank them based on the performance.
I will hand out meaningless awards and give near meaningless uneducated insight into the games and teams.

Quarterbacks
Sam Howitzer - 24/31, 299 Yards, 3 TD, 0 INT Rating 139 (Won 38 - 20)
What a monster game for Sam Howitzer, not only did he get 3 TDs and the highest QB rating this week but he's also my Quarterback. This was a crazy game especially considering the sim stopped and the score just kept going up for the Silverbacks everytime it unfroze. This was a huge week 1 win for a team that last year had a 10 game losing streak. Now they got a winning streak of 1 and a large part of that goes to the 3 touchdowns Howitzer put up.
For this performance I give Sam Howitzer the Crying Terrell Owens Award!
Suleiman Ramza - 19/28, 285 Yards, 3 TD, 0 Int Rating 136.8 (Won 45-42)
This Game was fucking Bananas. What's a defense? It seemed at every turn the Otters defense was trying to snatch Defeat from the Jaws of victory. That being said Ramza put together a hell of a game, accounting for 3 touchdowns himself he is just barely behind Sam Howitzer this week in the rankings.
Jay Cue - 24/36 383 Yards, 3 TD, 0 Int Rating 129.7 (Lost 45 - 42)
Not much to say here about the game that I didn't already say earlier. Cue put up about as good a performance as you can in a game like this, Throwing for nearly 400 yards Cue did their absolute best to try and take this game from the otters. This game could have easily gone their way and Cue fought like hell to get his team back in the game only to fall by 3 at the very end.
I award Jay Cue with the Heartbreaking loss Award!
Colby Jack - 23/32 262 Yards, 2 TD 0 Int Rating 116.9 (won 41 - 16)
Colby Jack played a great game, Scoring 2 TDS through the air and another with their legs. Leading their team to the largest margin of victory of any in week 1. I award Colby with the Crush Your Enemies Award!
Nick Kaepercolin - 20/32, 316 Yards, 0 TD, 0 Int Rating 95.3 (Lost 20 - 38)
Kaepercolin played a great game considering they were playing from behind almost the entire time. Would have been great to actually watch how things unfolded during the game but as most saw there was a timewarp during the game and apparently the universe just wanted the score to keep climbing in the Silverbacks favor in this game.
I award Kaepercolin with the Second best expansion team Award!
Monterey "Monty" Jack - 19/36, 281 Yards, 2 TD, 1 Int, Rating 85.5 (Won 27-24)
Monty Jack and the Sabercats were barely able to pull off a win in a game where they had 3 takeaways, it was ugly but it was a win. Jack didn't put the entire game on his shoulders but he also wasn't a liability outside of the 1 pick he threw. Both teams deployed a balanced offense and smashed eachother in the paint.
I award Monty with the Old school football Award!
Ben Slothlisberger - 14/28, 169 Yards, 1 TD, 0 Int, Rating 80.8 (Won 24-21)
Another very tight game, with 2 teams establishing good running games this game came down to which QB didn't lose the game for their team.
The pick six really made a difference so hopefully Slothlisberger is thankful for his defense.
Brock Phoenix - 17/33, 205 Yards, 2 TD, 1 Int Rating 78.5 (lost 16 - 41)
I originally forgot to write something here. And that pretty much describes this middle of the pack performance. Unfortunately the score reflects a lot more than just the QB play, this was a hard loss and Phoenix will definitely be hoping for a little more help all around from the team next week.
Mattathias Caliban - 18/32, 222 Yards, 1 TD, 1 Int, Rating 75.3 (Won 27-15)
He did enough to win the game, The runningbacks really shined in the redzone and he did enough to get the win despite throwing a pick.
Chika Fujiwara- 17/42 288 Yards, 0 TD, 1 Int Rating 54.5 (Lost 23-29)
If Chika could have done just a little more than they might have been able to pull this one off considering the opposing QB was doing his best to throw the game away, unfortunately the Butchers secondary proved to be too tough a unit for the passing game in this one.
Mike Boss Jr - 23/46, 207 Yards, 0 TD, 1 Int, Rating 53.4 (Lost 15-27)
Boss just wasn't able to get the ball into the endzone and his team suffered for it, couldn't hit his targets very well all night either, the yetis defense prevailed in this matchup.
Easton Cole - 20/46, 261 Yards, 2 TD, 3 Int, Rating 51.5 (Lost 21-24)
Without the pick 6 Cole would have won this game technically. Cole was able to get the ball in the endzone but didn't protect the ball well enough to get the win.
George O’Donnell - 24/47, 261 Yards, 1 TD, 3 Int, Rating 48.3 (Won 29-23)
I think George may have bet against his own team in this one, Throwing 3 picks he tried his best to throw the game away but the rest of the butchers apparently didn't have money on the Hawks. The running game and the kicker can be thanked for this win.
I award O'Donnell with the You Tried? Award!
Luke Skywalker - 16/44, 230 Yards, 1 TD, 3 Int, Rating 33.3 (Lost 24-27)
What a runningback performance by Luke Skywalker! That huge 66 yard touchdown run was insane, unfortunately he also seems to be colorblind as he threw three passes to the wrong team. With a rating that is lower than the number of chicken nuggets that I can eat, he is dead last in my rankings this week. Just couldn't seem to complete anything towards the end of the game there. If he hadn't thrown 1 of those picks he could have easily pulled off a win. All he needed to do was get out of his teams way.
I award Luke Skywalker with the Sad Trombonski Award!
