Since posting Faded’s original punishment, it has come to light that there were additional instances of cheating that had taken place.
Faded has since admitted to the original charges in a retirement post for his player, but did not disclose the rest of the transgressions, that he had also acquired $128M through a combination of sportsbook bets and user bets that are detailed here. In this time, he never lost a single bet, and every single one was made after the video was uploaded. The casino has since deducted the money from his account.
It is clear that this has had a far more significant effect on his player than the offenses in the original punishment. Additionally, these offenses have had direct negative effects on other users. He won a $10M user bet against Frost and shared a 6 for 6 jackpot with 3 other users. The casino has also reimbursed those who lost out on money in this way.
With the money removed from Faded’s account, he is now left with a negative $22.7M bank account. This means that the last $20.7M that Faded spent was done with money he shouldn’t have had. Looking back through his most recent Dotts, weekly training and equipment purchases, it has been determined that this money was spent to acquire 60 TPE that he otherwise would not have been able to afford. The $7M fine levied towards faded in the original punishment will not go through this step, as it has not contributed to buying TPE for his player.

In light of these additional offences that directly impacted other users and the admission of guilt whilst retiring his player (though only an admission of the portion that had been discovered at that point), Faded will be receiving an additional and more severe punishment as a result. The 60 TPE calculated to be brought with illegal money will be doubled to 120 TPE in accordance with previous clear-cut cheating offenses (Example 1, Example 2), despite his player now being retired, and will have to come off his build for the remainder of this season (thank you to YKW for already actioning that in time for W14). For further punitive measures, Faded will be receiving a 4 week site suspension starting immediately with this post, as well as a 2 season job suspension starting from next season, whilst needing HO approval to take up any job in the 3rd season following a combination of the cheating in predictions and casino.
In summary, the punishment is as follows:
- Removal of 120 TPE, double the 60 he illegally paid for, from Nicholas Ayers’s build
- Faded’s bank account left in negative $22.7M of debt
- Faded will receive a site suspension for 4 weeks
- Faded will receive a 2 season job suspension (covering S30/S31) and will need HO approval for any job starting in the 3rd season (S32)
