The recruitment team is hiring again after some recent departures! I'd like to hire 1-3 individuals in multiple roles.
I'd like to hire at least one person to assist in managing our social media accounts.(Facebook, Instagram)
Duties and requirements will include:
1) A general Knowledge of the ISFL as well as Facebook/IG and how to use it.
2) Ability to assist in daily/weekly ISFL posts pertaining to events like the Ultimus or Draft, or just general everyday posts encouraging people to join the league.
3) Reaching out to admins of sports/football/sim gaming related Facebook groups to ask permission to make recruitment posts to on recruitment day.
4) Monitor the Facebook pages posts for troll comments and clean up anything that doesn't adhere to our moral and quality standards.
I'm also looking for someone to help with Discord recruitment. We're looking for someone with an intimate knowledge of discord and possibly active in any sports related discord servers we could potentially recruit from.
Beyond that I would also like to hire someone to the general Reddit recruitment team. Duties and requirements will include:
1) The ability to answer questions about the league in a friendly and informative manner.
2) General league knowledge.
3) A reddit account and experience with reddit in general, or the ability to make and use a reddit account.
4) A discord account.
Pay is $6 million per season.
