Coyotes Organization Announcement

Hi everyone! Alexa Jones here again!


I won't be taking any questions about the fate of my former team, nor will I be discussing my move from the city I've done so much to bring into this league. Instead, I'm here to explain to you that I've never left Chicago. The reason I've been avoiding talking about my new team as the "Kansas City Coyotes" is because of the deal I made to come here.

I present to you, the Chicago Coyotes:



This re-brand is a bit ongoing and due o some technical issues, it might be a while before we get some better versions of this logo, but that's what we have right now.

I hope to continue my commitment to helping the Chicago community and building our family. It may be hard for many fans of the Blues to get used to the new colors, the new name, and the new players; but I hope that they can adapt to it. I've brought in as many familiar faces as possible through the Dispersal Draft in order to help with this transition.

On the end of the Blues, I've discussed with Mr. Booter about their move and I believe he has an announcement coming later today about where his team will be playing. As a part of our deal, the Coyotes will basically be moving right into the former corporate offices of the Chicago Blues and will play in Soldier Field, as the Blues once did.

I'd like to thank the fans in Chicago for their patience and I'd also like to thank the fans in Kansas City for their support for this organization and hope that they can continue it 500 miles away. We'll be releasing options for travel on our website soon and hope to put together subsidized travel for any groups of supporters wanting to see their team play.

Thank you all for coming, this is an amazing opportunity to see what we can do. Our draft was a great one and I have a good feeling about this season.
