DENVER, COLORADO - Nicholas Pierno took the stand after practice today and issued the following statement.

"Yes, it is indeed true that I've signed a 3-year extension worth $17,000,000 to remain with the Colorado Yeti. My first couple years here haven't been easy, but the club put their faith in me and I'm doing it back. I plan to be with this organization for my entire career. I firmly believe that this offensive core of me, @PigSnout and Carlito Crush plus our extreme talent on the other side of the ball has us poised to be a wrecking force in the upcoming years. I love this city with all my heart."

He went on to say a bit more, however: "I've also liked to announce that I've signed an apparel deal with Big Baller Brand. I'm eager to be the brand's first football player. Like the Yeti, I believe Big Baller Brand is trending upwards. My vision and values aligned with theirs and, honestly, it's a perfect fit. They're also going to use me on the creative side a bit and I'm eager for that. Triple B's for life."
