I think giving players more positions to play is a big positive and if they don't like it at the end of their DSFL season, they can switch to something else for free. We should balance the position to give people an equal opportunity to play it like any other position.

FWIW player OL do already have an advantage over bot OL in that they can play LT or RT at their full 340lb weight while bots can only be 310lbs.

What about the fact teams beg people to take less money as an active so they can use more cap for bots?

I'd like to make some extra coin for being active over a BOT and not kill my team.

Yep. Plus us DSFL GMs, rookie mentors, and the community in general has to be better at supporting new users however possible and also reminding them of the possibility to position switch before they go inactive. That's not tampering or being intrusive, it's just trying to make the game more fun for everyone.

Definitely. I think it's a good idea, but if you ask anyone that played OL in the past, I think the majority (if not all) will tell you they didn't enjoy it.

True. However, in S3 when we had 4 guys record 20+ sacks, if you look at the top 10 linemen for pancakes, only 1 of them allowed more than 5 sacks on the season. In fact, 3 of those top 10 didn't allow any sacks.
