Not sure if this counts as media. if not, feel free to move it
Hello all,
I just wanted to post this as an update on my life because i feel like it is an important thing to comment on since it could affect my ability to do my job here. So, I have been struggling with many health issues, such as an unstable ankle and arthritis in my knees, but this has not really caused issues with performing duties here, since my duties here dont exactly require much physical exertion. However there seems to be a new development over the last 4 days that is complicating things.
It seems that at the ripe old age of 22, I am developing some sort of issue with my hands. Whether it be carpal tunnel or arthritis, i'm not sure, but i do know my hands hurt like hell. I spend much of my life with electronics. I spend lots on the computer and play many video games. Heck, even my part time job requires me to be on my phone for about 2 1/2 hours straight. This new issue does make things a lot harder to do. Things like typing and clicking, which i am doing right now, have turned into greatly uncomfortable tasks.
I just wanted to tell people about this. I had mentioned it somewhat, but I was trying to toughen it out a bit, hoping it wouldnt be a big deal and it would go away soon, but that does not seem to be the case. I want to try and figure out what is wrong with my hands, and hopefully try and rest them. I've tried to be a little more rigid in my hand movements when typing, so as to stop triggering my pain, though it makes typing harder and leads to more typos it seems. I also am trying to click with my middle finger, which hurts less than when i click with my pointer finger. If i am online a little less, it is likely because my hands are acting up.
Sorry for the inconvenience, everyone
