2.5/5 - 550k - It is good to try new things, but it being your first time, there are some things that will hold this back. I think the Render cut is sloppy )like around the football and arms, and you have the bg leaking out of the logo at the top. Your render is a tad too low res also, and it didn't scale down too well. Your usual style of bg could really work for this type of sig, but the brick isn't doing it. I can tell you are messing with clipping masks in your text, but it made your green really bright. I think after you finished this sig, I would have tried to line up my greens a tad more using color balance. Lastly, these drop shadows are not my favorite type. I think pure black ones need to be on a lower opacity and your render "shadow" isn't really dark enough so it comes off as part of the jersey and some odd glow one the arms.
