Dean Jackson (@run_CMC) was the kicker and punter for the much maligned Arizona Outlaws during their post-Er period, from S5 through S16. Jackson is one of only two kickers to ever eclipse 1000 TPE, and has put up bulk numbers that despite DDSPF's best attempts place him as #1 all time in several statistics. He goes down in history books as one of the best kickers and punters in the game, but even with this, his teams never made the playoffs.

I really don't think I have to elaborate further. Dude is one of the GOATs, along with Turk and Fulture. No complaints about bulk statistics here. No complaints about poor seasons - he's got 5 awards and is an 8x pro bowler. His efficiency statistics are up there. The only reason to not put him in is because you're discriminatory against kickers.

Put him in, you cowards.
