fwiw guy said based on overall rating and in sim the game doesn't change the ages because we import the sheet every season, so people retiring or being old or w/e doesn't apply here

Thanks @White Cornerback for explaining it, was only going by what the sim shows. As I said this was purely overall rating and nothing else. I don't have alot of knowledge of most if not all of the players in the isfl yet given I'm still a rook, so was only going by what was in front of me.
