So as everybody knows, the Outlaws are clearly a top team in the NSFL if not the best team. However, even the best football players need to find something to do besides the constant practices, weight trainings, and games. Although these things are all very important to the success of the Outlaws having an outlet that allows the players to wind down and enjoy themselves might just be equally important to their continued success. Everybody needs to do something that they enjoy that isn't just football to maintain their sanity and the players for the Outlaws have a wide diversity of habits that keep them sharp for game day.
I'll start with the team captain and likely the coolest dude on and off the field Jayce Tuck. Now everyone in the league knows Tuck as the nightmare that he is for Quarterbacks and defenses in general, but there's a reason that he is able to dance around defenses like a pro. Jayce is actually a semi professional dancer and when he isn't blitzing the quarterback or pushing over offensive linemen you can find him pushing his dance partner around the floor with a finesse that most would find surprising. In fact, Jayce Tuck is set to follow in the footsteps of NFL greats Von Miller and Antonio Brown by making an appearance on Dancing with the Stars in their next season. Where he will try to wow the judges with his fancy moves, such as his patented swim move. Those same spin moves that he uses to confound opposing offensive lines will be used to wow the judges and viewers everywhere. In addition to being a talented dancer, Tuck also follows his intellectual pursuits of study in the field of entomology. Tuck has even been spotted at the downtown Phoenix butterfly wonderland, where the six and a half foot, three hundred pound lineman is hardly discernable from the fascinated children wandering the facility. Even at Outlaws practices, Tuck is famous for stopping to study some of the more interesting bugs he finds roaming the practice field.
Next we will get to stand out Line backer Harrif Ernston, similar to most great players in football Ernston is a student of the film. When at the Outlaws facility Ernston is the first one to enter and the last one to leave the film room. He is able to use game film to elevate his play to the next level, however his film analysis skills go way beyond just helping his game improve. In his spare time, he does film study of amateur film and even says he wants to go back to school for film study. One time after the team was done going over game film he even put on one of his favorite amateur films for the team to watch.
If you want to find C.A. Chess off the football field, the best place to start looking is a smoke shop. The NSFL's biggest open secret is that the rookie wideout smokes copious amounts of marijuana each day, and insiders have even said they've seen him sneaking a toke or two right before a big game. When directly asked about the habit, Chess started giggling uncontrollably for what felt like ten minutes, only to say "Nah man, that ain't me!" Outside of his smoking habit, Chess is relentlessly focused on his new role as Co-GM of the Outlaws and managing the drama that comes with trying to lead a number of unique personalities. True to his name Chess also claims to be in the process of developing the first ever game of chess that works in 4 dimensions however some believe this to be just one of his "highdeas".
Another interesting off the field personality is that of Allen Davis. The rookie is still trying to find his footing in the league, but recently has made a big impact for his team with a blocked punt against the Yeti. He dedicates this success to his continued bonding with his own teammates. Davis off the field likes to be a good friend, play some video games, and he really enjoys cooking. So as a natural follow up to that he likes to invite his fellow Outlaws over to his place to hang out, play some Madden, eat some good food, and just chill. Getting to hang out with his new family and also getting to share his cooking hobby with others is a great way for Davis to unwind after a long practice for him and his teammates. As someone who likes to cook there is nothing better than having those who you made food for compliment the meal and thank you for your efforts. When there is company over Davis likes to be sociable, play games, and cook making everyone happy, but when he is by himself his favorite hobby to please himself is to just quietly read a book. Currently you can find the Dark Tower series in his locker for when there is a quiet moment to read a couple pages.
Arbin Asipi for the Outlaws also has his own hobby that keeps him interested in his off time. When Asipi isn't crushing his opponents on the field he crushes his opponents in League of Legends. Arbin has his own twitch community and when he has some free time you can find him streaming some games of League. Arbin Asipi's other favorite thing to do seems to be talking shit whether it's to his own teammates *cough Bronko cough* or those who get in his way it clearly helps him fuel his game. This also goes hand in hand with his other hobby, playing League, as everyone on that game talks shit to each other non stop. Who is to say whether one is the result of the other, your guess is as good as mine.
Dental Dam for the Outlaws has a hobby of his own that is generally questionable, his hobby seems to be getting piss drunk and passing out. Although this might not seem like a healthy habit for a football player to have Dental Dam has proven himself a capable player in the league. When asked about his favorite thing to do Dental responded by saying "I like to drink beer till I pass out in my underwear and my wife has to drag me to bed". To this, all I have to say is that I hope he doesn't go full Michael Floyd on the team.
While we all know King Bronko is struggling a bit to start the new year out. It isn't entirely his fault as he has a mostly brand new offense that is still working out the kinks. After an especially tough day of throwing interceptions Bronko likes to indulge in his favorite hobby of writing his cross country pen pal. Some of the members of the Outlaws like to tease Bronko about his habit saying that he loves writing his pen pal so much because it is the one thing that he can send that won't end up getting intercepted. Unfortunately for Bronko one of the Outlaws inevitably ended up intercepting the letter anyways to read to the locker room to poke fun at him.
Another hobby on the Outlaws would be that of Ryan Flock and Ronaldo. Both Flock and Ronaldo are premier players at their position, but even if they weren't making a killing at their respective positions the two could probably go pro playing soccer together. Even after a long day of practice they both have time afterwards to kick around the soccer ball a little bit and just have fun with it to unwind.
Another Outlaw that likes to have fun off the field is line backer Luke Luechly. As anybody in the Outlaws locker room can see from his locker room Luechly is what we like to call a bro. His favorite hobbies seem to be partying and picking up chicks daily. They just can't resist his come at me bro T-shirt. Also another hobby Luechly must have picked up just recently seems to be tax auditing. He even has been doing free tax auditing for Wraiths players out of the kindness of his heart (what a swell guy!).
With all of the work that the Outlaws put into practicing and playing the games. It only seems right that the players should get some time to relax and unwind after the games are over. All of the Outlaws players, have their own unique way to unwind after a long day of football. From being a dancing entomologist to cooking gamer and even tax auditing bro the hobbies on the Outlaws are clearly quite diverse. These hobbies not only help the players to keep themselves happy and sharp. They also serve as a way to bring the players together.
