The Head Office understands that not every decision we make will be popular with every member of the NSFL. While pleasing everyone isn't realistic, we do want to address as many of your concerns as possible to make this league as enjoyable as it can be. In order to get a better idea of where the community feels we need to improve and where we are doing well, we are releasing a Head Office performance review. A revised version will be posted every off-season with the goal of improving ourselves in order, ultimately, to improve the league.
