*Darren Smallwood comments on the preseason

After finishing the preseason, running back Darren Smallwood had this to say “I feel pretty confident in my abilities, I think I am going to win the QB job from Chris Orosz”. Smallwood finished the preseason with 41 interceptions and 0 touchdowns. He posted his highest passer rating of 18.6 versus the Yeti. The other three games he had a 0 passer rating. “Pretty sure, now that I got the kinks out, I’m ready to rock” Smallwood said when asked about it. “San Jose is going to be great with me under center”.

I think it's time to hang up the QB cleats. Your life goal of proving yourself against Chess was fulfilled. This is the pinnacle. It can only go down from here.
