Here are teams I would consider playing for:
Baltimore Hawks
Colorado Yeti
Philadelphia Liberty
Yellowknife Wraiths
Arizona Outlaws
Orange County Otters
San Jose Sabrecats
Here is a list of teams that I would not play for:
New Orleans Second Line
I cannot foresee myself playing for a GM like @JuOSu. I have never come across an individual more willing to cannibalize their peers for petty reasons. From a player standpoint, how could I be willing to play for someone who is more adept at burning bridges than acquiring talent? I could not do it, I could not bring myself to put pen to paper and willingly submit myself to that. I am not fully certain that this individual could take a break from throwing everyone under the bus long enough to show up for the draft and that scares me.
Every manager makes mistakes, we are humans for the most part, and I think it's more than a little classless to wait for people to make mistakes so you can do your best Randall Weems impersonation. A good leader would try to make those around them better and allows for people to make mistakes because that is how you learn. I know that I have had my fair share of mishaps along the way and I am a lot more fond of those who held a hand out rather than kick sand in my face on my way down.
I know typing this out in anger is not the best idea but I've bit my tongue a fair share when it comes to this person and I need an outlet. I have no ill will towards the New Orleans players, except maybe that Lo Rax scrub, and I hope that the franchise is able to find success in the really, really distant future.
I would hope that this does not diminish people's views of the Colorado Yeti franchise. I can assure you that we have strong, intelligent leaders who are steering us through a rebuild that will see us be competitive for a long time. The people in this locker room are fully behind former GM, Scott Micheals as he hopes to clear his good name. You could not find a more approachable manager to play for and we hope to see him take on a leadership role down the line when his life allows.
Beau Montgomery will now take any questions if you have any:
