Fantasy Wrap-up - Week 1

Top 20 Performers

It was a good week to have Arizona players, with 7 players landing in the top 20 performers this week.

Top Performer/QB - Andrew Reese had a monster week (32.12) this week 8 points better than the next best...
Top WR - Saba Donut, was our top WR this week putting up a monster 24.2 points.
Top RB - Ruff Ruff, S18 standout was this weeks best RB with 22.4 points.
Top DEF - Arizona defense lit it up 22.4 for this weeks best defensive team.
Top K - Alex D was our best kicker with a solid 18 points.
Top TE - Johnny Blaze was the best TE with 6.7 points.

Busts of the Week

Biggest Bust of the Week/WR - Errol Maddox - Fantasy owners were high on Maddox this season seeing the 5th highest draft rank, owners will be disappointed to find that Maddox put up a paltry 2.3 points this week. The 64th best score, for a 59 differential.

RB - Mako Mendonca - Mako was firmly the 2nd highest picked player in the draft this year and didn't reward fantasy owners with his 7.5 point performance (40th), a 38 pick differential.

DEF - Yellowknife - A tough week for Yellowknife owners as they would have been better off skipping this pick as they were hit with a negative 1.3 point total (71st). Will we see some waiver moves here?

TE - Johnny Blaze - Despite being the best scoring TE this week, Blaze didn't justify his Gronk-esque draft ranking of 12, with his 6.7 points (44th), a 32 pick differential.

QB - Corvo Havran - 16th ranked Havran struggled to put up points this week and finished with 8.62 points (36th), a 20 pick differential.

K - Kicky Bobby - No points this week for Bobby, but as a rarely picked player I don't think anyone will be too disappointed.

Surprises of the Week

Top Surprise/WR - Brock Landers - Landers came out with a chip on his shoulder after receiving a draft rank of 63, Landers went out and put up a 23.3 point week (3rd), for a -60 differential and a spot as the top surprise of the week.

K - Alex Frost - Frost put up a respectable 16 points this week (15th), with a draft rank of 66 fantasy owners will be pumped about his output this week. -51 Diff

DEF - Philly - Philly came out of the gate with a few early sacks on-route to a 19.3 point performance (7th), great production for the draft rank 54.

QB - Andrew Reese - The Arizona QB was this weeks top performer despite his 32nd draft ranking. 32.12 points (1st), makes Reese the QB surprise of the week.

RB - Michael Vincent - Vincent was ranked 41st by fantasy owners this season, and was out to prove them wrong putting up 13.2 points (20th).

TE - Declan Harp - Harp was ranked 67 in the draft, and still put up 3.4 points, not a great week for Tight Ends.
