How do you feel the personnel changes of the past 3 days have affected the ASFC and the level of competition there? Is the NSFC now the power division?
For the time being? Yes. Well see how it all shakes out of course but between us and the Legion issue so much tpe and activity has been lost or moved that it creates a gulf. And opportunity for anyone who wants it.
ADAM S- GM CHARACTER
"So, Adam, as the fourth season comes to a close, what are your thoughts on your team as a unit, and where do you think the spots where you need to improve are?"
I believe that the team we have is a good team. We have a lot of talent in a lot of places who want to work hard and rebuild the Outlaws name. However, we could obviously use more talent in various places. You can never have too many great players on the defensive line or in the secondary for example.
"And somewhat related, do you think the team will stay with it's gameplan, or are changes in the works?"
I believe that depends on our roster of course. We have an idea of what we want for our gameplan as teams generally do, but if something presents itself we won't hesitate to change things up and take advantage. Flexibility is king. Even though it seems taboo to credit one's opponents, look no further than the Orange County Otters and their philosophy of getting the right people, and figuring out the schemes and plans to accommodate. It's obviously worked for them.
"Finally, are there any leads about the Co-Game Manager spot? Anyone solid in the running, or is it still a free spot to be filled?"
I'm open to all sorts of possibilities right now. The deluge of applicants hasn't quite trickled in yet but I expect it will come soon.
