I'll follow up by saying this is somewhat surprising to me. He was what I would call an ideal person in the Chicago LR. I only had a small amount of DM interaction with him and that was about what you would expect knowing the persona.

It was completely different context in that it was a direct attack on the user, seemingly unprovoked but with someone he had a history with. Not going to name names. It was also about a month in the past, so it didn't necessarily affect this outcome but more strengthened our confidence in making this decision.
