"Well, this is more of a personal rivalry, and kind of an expected but unexpected one, but I've always had one with Beat Meoff. Yeah. the trash talking Mr. Meoff we all know and love. But really, we both have a little rivalry on one thing that no one would really expect: Andy Bernard being a decent character in The Office. I've argued with him publicly over this in the NSFL rookie chat on Discord. I told him I believe that Andy Bernard is a good character in The Office and he doesn't get enough recognition. Of course, Mr. Beat had something different to say. He argued with me saying Andy Bernard was, excuse my language, a "piece of shit character" and he "wasn't worthy of being on The Office because he was such a piece of shit character". I respectfully told him, while I do somewhat agree he wasn't a great Office character, he was a decent one just because he said some good jokes and was a non-forgettable part of the whole cast in the first place. He told me to "fuck off loser" and we didn't talk about it again. But every time I see him or play against him. I try to convince myself to block his field goals just to prove myself right about Andy Bernard. No, I'm not still salty."

Haha bet you can't guess the rivalry I'm going to write about in this point task lmao of course you can't it's the biggest secret rivalry in the NSFL which is Blackford Oakes versus Connor Tanner the dastardly devil who convinced ~TOTALLY ACTIVE AND CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS OF THE LEAGUE~ to retire against their will through his deceit and guile and lots of bamboozling, coercing, blackmailing, and general tricksiness which of course Blackford Oakes, beacon of the masses, avatar of light, bringer of justice, and advocate for peace could not stand for such treachery against his team so the two have been locked in a awesome and terrible struggle for the very soul of the universe ever since that fateful day and even though the NSFL keeps the shameful acts of Tanner under wraps because they are so incredibly shameful and embarrassing which is why you've never heard of this rivalry some are aware of it me being one of them and that is why I speak of it today hoping to spread this message to the masses, it is time to rise up against the secrecy and oppression of the head office and bring justice to the league at large viva la revolucion!

The New Orleans Second Line and the Colorado Yeti have seem to have had a kind of quasi - good - natured rivalry of sorts in recent years. This is likely due to the fact that both teams were going through significant rebuilds at the same time. There was some nice chirping and memeing back and forth... mostly from NOLA I think... we even have a crying jordan yeti logo emoji in our discord... but I do think that it's just all fun and games. I don't see it as a genuine angry rivalry like how some of the NSFC teams have with each other, or how the Otters and Outlaws used to have. It's just memeing. It will be very interesting to see how things shape out in the coming seasons and if Yeti and NOLA can both become competitive at the same time. What if they actually meet in the Ultimus one year? That would be awesome. Having both teams reach the pinnacle at the same time after all the memes and joking around and banter-ific rivalry.

I also have a rivalry against my own player Borkus Maximus III because he freaking sucks and I don't understand why. Screw that guy.

While the DSFL is mostly overlooked it still has a rivalry or two. The one that comes to mind to me at first glance of a new draftee is the San Antonio Marshals vs the Tijuana Luchadores. Both teams are arguably the two best teams in the league and are fighting for first place in the same division. They meet a lot in the playoffs and always have intense games between the two teams. Even this season already they have had some amazing games that have resulted in both teams being tied in the standings right around the halfway mark. I expect both teams to continue on a collision course in the playoffs and to once again duke it out while going after that championship.

Both teams sport strong lineups that continue to get stronger every week and will more than likely be the two best teams come playoff time. While the fight will be intense come playoffs the victor will more than likely be crowned the champion and will hold their heads high over their bitter rivals. In the end the Marshals and Luchadores' rivalry will probably continue for many seasons to come regardless of the outcome of this season or the past. It will continue to grow stronger with each loss or win.

I'm here today to talk about rivalries here in our very own national simulated football league. I'll tell you about a few of them. One of them is an old rival.. they are not relevant any more because they suck giant dick now. But that would be the Wraiths vs the Hawks. We still hate them but at this point it is like taking candy from a baby. They should be a little peewee team because they suck so bad. Another rivalry in our division is the liberty. They have been so good here recently that it's become a fun rival. I have nothing but respect for them. And now we get to another rivalry. The Wraiths and the otters. It's obvious who ever Sims the league wants the otters to win every year because its them at the top every single season. It has become really fucking annoying. And they are all also a bunch of cock suckers. But that is all I have time for today is to talk about those few rivalries and how they impact us and our team and our league. Will frowned as he looked down at the seat, its pristine whiteness marred by several moist blotches, their golden sheen reflecting the fluorescent light.
“What. The. Fuck,” he said to himself.
Will was a creature of habit, and he'd quickly settled into a routine when he joined the Second Line. Every afternoon was the same. Lunch was twenty minutes, starting at noon, followed by a light weight session, which would leave enough time before the 2:00 defensive backs’ meeting for his afternoon BM.
Even the BM was routine. Same time, same consistency, even the same stall.
Someone had thrown a wrench in the gears, though. He couldn't use the stall like this.
Wil made his way to the security guards' office and slipped the man on duty a hundred. He pointed to the monitor showing the entrance to the restroom.
“This one,” he said. “Reverse from right now.”
The guard played the tape backwards, until a figure appeared, leaving the restroom door. It was Borkus Maximus, or BMax, the quarterback, and he had a shit eating grin on. Will knew he had three culprit.
It was no secret where BMax would be this time of day, so Will made his way to the cheerleaders’ practice. BMax was watching, pom poms in hand.
Will greeted him and BMax gave him a nod.
“BMax, listen,” Will said. “We all gotta do what we gotta do, but not on the seat, okay?”
BMax narrowed his eyes, as though in deep concentration, then just got up and left.
The next day, Will went about his business, assuming the issue was settled. He was not pleased when he saw the same golden blemish on his throne. He marched off to the cheerleader practice, again, and saw BMax there with his pom poms, again.
“Hey, maybe I was unclear yesterday,” Will said to him. “I'd really appreciate if you didn't piss on that toilet seat.”
The quarterback gave him two slow nods and a thumbs up, then returned his attention to the cheerleading.
The following afternoon, having met porcelain disappointment, yet again, Will stomped up tip Borkus, grabbed his pom poms and threw them off the bleachers.
“Stop. Fucking. Pissing. On my toilet seat, you asshole,” he said, his face ask close to the quarterback’s he could smell the Bazooka Joe gum on his breath.
Borkus looked him in the eye and said, “I'm the quarterback. I pee where I want, bitch,” and blew a raspberry.

Not every rivalry is hateful or based on some sort of negativity. Sometimes there is so called "good" or "friendly" rivalry. Also not always the rivalry is two sided. This is one of the cases. Two players, two different positions, two different teams but with an existing rivalry. It all started right before the draft when Declan Harp started to see the hard work of Fitzpatrick. It almost felt like he was practising twenty four / seven and Declan understood that he have to get on the same level if he wants to be a star player. Declan looked up to the upcoming superstar QB and he tried to put as much work into practise as Fitz did. The real rivalry started after the draft when Fitzpatrick was drafted back to Marshalls while Declan was taken by Coyotes. Now they were both on separate teams and for Declan it turned to friendly rivalry to keep up the motivation and work-ethic to become better. Due to this rivalry, the games against San Antonio are especially important and he want to crush them each and every time! Of course this is one sided rivalry as the real rivalry is between Fitzpatrick and ShowBizz while for Declan the position based rivalry is with no one else than Zapp Brannigan!
