New Appeals Process

Hello! As some of you may know there's currently been an appeal process that involves going to HO and asking them for an appeal. There hasn't been a successful appeal in the NSFL, and recently I heard complaints that people aren't bothering to appeal, since the appeal is going right to the people who made the decision to punish in the first place.

Because of that the Head Office has created a 3 person committee (who will have nothing to do with the initial punishment) to hear the appeals of the people who have been punished. This committee consists of three people who have a long standing history in the NSFL; Myself, @bovovovo and @Bzerkap.

So if you get a punishment and wish to appeal, you can PM myself, bovo or bzerkap and plea your case to speak. The person you PM will show your plea to the other two and we will discuss. After we come to a determination we will give a non-binding recommendation to HO. The Head Office is still in charge and has the final say on the punishment. Essentially they could choose to follow or not what we say.

I always want scaled, proportional punishments for everyone, which often means a lesser punishment than is handed down.
