The concept here is pretty interesting, but there are a few flaws in this card that cause it some trouble. The render cut while good looking looks messy and the pink text at the bottom looks pretty rushed and out of place, you honestly could have settled with the text at the bottom of the card and that would have been totally fine. Fixing those key points would definitely this card even better.

Not intending argue with the all-mighty grader, but I think the pink text looks that way because it was supposed to represent a hand drawn signature on top of the playing card case? A pretty common thing on for high-end sealed trading cards.
