i mean the thing is, the player they tampered went through the draft so the punishment of tampering is being applied specifically for the fact that the guy retired his old player. Now again, is there other stuff going on? Maybe, but the tampering allegation i do not understand.

According to the charges an existing player was convinced/told/suggested to retire their EXISTING player and make a new one. The player whose user was tampered over was not the recreate, but the one that existed to begin with.

Presuming said evidence exists, that's very clear tampering.

If there’s evidence post it. I’m not exactly sure I understand what just is meant in what he did but to me it sounds like he encouraged an inactive player to give the league another try. The evidence being shown might help clear up the controversy
