Ok a few errors here. Your link to AC#9 isn't right so I can't count it right now, find it and show me and I will put it in for you. I had you earning 69TPE which would put you at 213 not 215 but with your AC not working you are only at 211. You only applied 67TPE as well so that can all stay as is. If I made any mistakes send me a PM and we'll figure it out. Updated!
