I'm mainly used to QB/2RB/2WR/TE/FLEX with a 6 bench, but I'm up for whatever crazy rules you dudes want to add. It's all about fun and bragging rights for me. My local league is a 10-man, so I'm looking forward to the challenge of a 12-man.
As far as draft, I'm experienced in Snake, but not in Auction. However, I know a veteran that loves auction and it seems like a fair method, just not a popular one.
Considering we've already made the league and more or less stated it's standard with 1/2 PPR I don't exactly want to go about changing everything *after* people have joined
Even one or two people who don't like changes is enough for me to feel awkward.
I would play with whatever you guys decide if given the chance

You won't be starting them you've just got to be more aware of the ascending guys.
32 x 2 = 64 starting NFL WRs (minus some who aren't good options but still)
12 x 3 = 36 WR slots in the league (plus some in flex, but personally if you don't have an RB in ya flex you're not doing it right)
