Boss Tweed's New Year's Resolution is to get back to winning. Entering the 5th year of his career, he has only made the playoffs once and is likely a few years away from being able to make it back. Ever since getting blown out in the Ultimus game, Tweed has made it a goal to return to the Ultimus game and do things the right way this time by coming away with the win. However, before thinking about winning an Ultimus, the Yeti will first need to make it back to the playoffs. It will take time, but the Yeti are hoping to make gradual improvement each year and to hopefully reach the playoffs in a few years and become Ultimus contenders shortly afterward. However, in addition to team improvements, Tweed will need to play better as an individual to help the Yeti return to their winning ways of the past. Looking solely at training hours, Tweed is the best running back in the league by a good margin. However, looking at on the field stats, Tweed has never shown that level of dominance. He has yet to win a running back of the year award and his performance regressed in Season 4 and may be on pace to regress further in Season 5. After next year, Tweed will have to sign a larger contract due to his talent level but if he continues to underperform his talent level, he may be more of a hindrance than a help to the Yeti at that point. Both Tweed and the Yeti will be looking to improve in the new year and will hope for a more successful 2018.
