Ryan Sierra – DT – Orange County Otters
Weekend PT #3 – New Year’s Resolution
This new year is going to be Ryan Sierra's year of completion. He has many irons in the fire, as projects and commitments, where finishing these mean reaching goals he set are reached and dreams achieved. Of these projects, his non-profit organization he set up in his hometown of Reno, NV, provides the community's youth with a facility and sports programs to participate. Other items slated for completion this year are his September graduation for a second Master's Degree, this one in Servant Leadership. Purchasing his first home and paying off his parent's mortgage. Among the many small victories of finishing small goals, completing these on-the-field firsts will be a priority, winning a rookie of the week award, becoming the defensive rookie of the year, another.
The new year will bring many opportunities to begin new projects and develop new goals. With having the resources and stability of a Championship NSFL organization as his employer, the support and leadership will enable Sierra to reach for the stars.
