8) Equipment Changes ie cleats currently give +4 TPE in Speed and in Agility. You can now apply the +8 in speed or agility if you wish.

Two questions:
(1) Can the equipment be added in any combination? Or does it have to be +4/+4 or +0/+8?
(2) Do gloves still give +12 spread over 3 stats? Or will they be lowered to +8 to avoid players putting +12 into hands?

(Both of these were raised in GM chat, but an answer was never provided.)
